FAQ
You often ask us...DO YOU DO WASHES??
The answer is NO! Why? Because they often do more harm than good. Period.
Automatic transmission flushing is not a miraculous maintenance as it is sold. In fact, for many transmissions it is not recommended, especially for new transmissions that do not have an accessible internal filter, which means it can only be replaced after opening the transmission itself.
Specifically, the flushing stirs up metal particles and clutch residues that would otherwise settle harmlessly on the transmission magnets, accumulating in the internal filters and valve body, with the risk of clogging.
Pressures and detergents are not neutral, in some cases
The machines operate under pressure (not with the working pressure of the transmission) and use aggressive additives. Result: hardened seals, slipping clutches, valves that no longer hold.
Flushing, just like oil replacement, does not fix anything, but good maintenance, without using the machine, to be clear, prevents mechanical wear that can occur with aged oil, whose internal additives have "expired".
But you can't change everything just by changing the oil!
Patience, better a couple of liters of old oil in the gearbox than thousands of euros in damage and a gearbox to overhaul. For this reason, we keep your car all day (or all night) to let as much oil as possible drain out and we recommend frequent servicing in the most particular cases. In fact, since we do not use any machinery, we are able to examine the smell and characteristics of the oil, informing the customer if there are any residues, colors, or worrying odors, which could indicate a gearbox that is about to break.
How often should the oil be changed?
We recommend for EVERY CHANGE, replacement of oil and filter, where required, every 60,000 km or every two years
